If Any of These Sound Like You, This Is for You

🪑

Been Sitting Too Long

Your body feels stiff. You know you should move more, but gyms intimidate you. This starts at zero.

🧓

Getting Older, Moving Smarter

You want to stay mobile without pounding your joints. Tai Chi is often recommended by clinicians as a gentle movement practice.

😮‍💨

Stressed & Can’t Shut It Off

Your brain runs 24/7. Tai Chi’s slow, focused movement breaks the rumination cycle better than sitting meditation.

🤸

Always Wanted to Try Tai Chi

You saw it in a park once. You thought "I want that calm." But a class felt like too much commitment. This is your low-barrier entry.

What’s Inside the 28-Day Starter Kit

Everything you need. Nothing you don’t.

📅

The 28-Day Calendar

Questions Beginners Ask

I’m not flexible at all. Can I really do this?

Yes. Tai Chi does not require flexibility — it builds it slowly. Every posture can be adjusted to your current range of motion. The only requirement is that you can stand. If standing is difficult, many movements can be done seated.

What equipment do I need?

Nothing. Just comfortable clothes and enough floor space to take a step in any direction. No mat, no weights, no special shoes. Barefoot on carpet, or flat-soled shoes on hard floor — that’s it.

Is this a video course?

No — it’s a PDF ebook with illustrated posture guides and a 28-day practice calendar. We designed it to be used without screens: print the cards, take them outside, practice in the sun. (Video content may come later — kit owners will be notified.)

How is this different from watching YouTube?

YouTube gives you random videos with no structure. The Starter Kit gives you a 28-day sequence: what to do on Day 1, Day 7, Day 21. It also includes the internal work (breathing, intent, energy principles) that most free content skips. The cards are designed to be used while practicing — no ads, no scrolling.

What if I don’t like it?

Payhip offers a standard refund policy. If the kit doesn’t work for you, request a refund — no hard feelings. We’d rather you try it and decide it’s not for you than never try at all.
