2. Free Trial

New users receive 3 free AI generations. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription at the then-current rate.

3. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Creem. You may cancel anytime. No refunds for partial months.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for generating spam, phishing content, hate speech, harassment, or any illegal activity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. AI Output Disclaimer

Content generated by AI is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about accuracy, originality, or suitability for any purpose. Review all AI-generated content before use.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
